Our Story

A House With a History

One of Uniontown’s more historic houses, a brick two-story on West Main Street near its intersection with South Mount Vernon Avenue, houses the restaurant. The dwelling built in the 1840s, replaced a log cabin Henry Beeson, one of Uniontown’s founders, built there in 1768. Later owners built the brick house and subsequent ones added onto it. It has been used as a residence, bed and breakfast and as a restaurant in its history.....
